HYDROGEN PEROXIDE PRODUCTION

All-TETRA TECHNOLOGY

In the process all-tetra hydrogen peroxide is produced subjecting a mixture of 30% 2ethylanthraquinone (EAQ) and 70% (2ethyltetrahydroantraquinone) THEAQ dissolved in an appropriate mixture of solvents to cyclic reduction and oxidation. The NICL has studied the hydrogenation step, the secondary reaction , the oxidation step, the regeneration of working solution.
